I've worn these to both circuits and spin and as well as being really comfortable they do not move, no riding up your legs!!! Pockets are great for walking to the gym with your mobile, not sure I'd attempt to run with it in. If I was being really picky, I'd ask that there was a small zip pocket on the waste somewhere for a key but that's totally personal. Great purchase really pleased.
